Although we are located in Dallas, TX – we support in-office, partially remote, and full-time remote staff.About the Technical Solution Analyst Role and our Ideal CandidateThe Technical Solution Analyst role is a critical component in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients. We are looking for a technically oriented person that exceeds the highest standards of accuracy and quality based on established systems, technologies, and guidelines. This position is part of a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, sales, marketing, and implementation professionals who work collectively to ensure the success of our clients including our internal teams. This candidate will be responsible for the implementation of technical solutions needed to support our DESTINI Suite of Products. The candidate will be able to see the big picture, understand the finer details, and will have a strong commitment to efficiently achieve high-quality results solving problems while retaining ownership of cases, and proactively following up with clients with updates until a resolution is reached.*The preferred work schedule for this role will be 8 AM PST – 5 PM PST Monday to Friday.*What will you do?Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must genuinely care about the success of our clients and the people on our teams.
  • Must be passionate about supporting our clients and seek innovative ways to solve their problems with a desire to have happy satisfied clients
  • Within the first three months, you will have a good familiarity of the training, tools and processes we use in Support. You will start actively supporting our clients after the first month and may run customer-first interactions like Teams calls with minimal oversight
  • Ability to provide timely responses to all incoming requests and prioritize those requests accordingly
  • Will be updating content (video, written, web, etc.) to our Support Community and Knowledge-base platform to enable our client to be more self-sufficient
  • Proficient in the use of online and remote connectivity software
  • Knowledge of servers, Azure, AWS, and MSQL databases is a plus
  • Query and analyze large data sets through ad-hoc query tools such as SQL or application-specific query tools
  • Able to understand dashboarding and reporting business analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI, Dev Express, or Crystal reporting is a plus

30 – 60 – 90 Day GoalsWithin 30 Days:

  • Complete Onboarding
  • Meet with Manager to identify and set OKRs/Goals for job for the next 8 weeks
  • Familiar with Department Processes and systems
  • Shadow various team members to learn workday and workflow
  • Start Application training
  • Learn FAQs to start answering basic tickets

Within 60 Days:

  • Continue Shadowing members and join Support calls
  • Continue application training
  • Attend CS and working session meetings
  • Introductions to bugs and enhancement request tracking
  • Start setting up users environment (Hosted and On-Prem)
  • Assigned area of specialty

Within 90 Days:

  • Answer incoming tickets with minimal or no supervision
  • Finish any assigned application training
  • Set up Teams meetings with Clients to answer certain questions
  • Assigned main area of responsibilities
  • Review 90 days progress and provide feedback for improvement
  • Set OKRs/Goals for continued success
