  • An Associate Degree in Health Administration, business, economics,

computer science [Education and or experience] . Three years ofexperience in a business environment involving the analysis of healthcareor health insurance data sets

  • The availability to work [full-time, virtual]
  • SQL and Python. Proven experience of process automation or

improvement. Able to write and debug scripts

  • Ability to identify areas of process improvement and implement automation efficiencies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute project lifecycle initiative

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver data solutions of automation and process improvement to existing and new processes
  • Providing technical resources by supporting end to end project initiatives

and cross training to improve team efficiencies

  • Prioritize and execute project lifecycle initiative
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of state and federal

submissions and regulatory reporting within the organization andgovernment entities

  • Reconcile encounter data and providing root cause analysis of rejections

with member eligibility, provider, medical & pharmacy data elements, andclaim payment information with high integrity

  • Continuously monitor the statuses of existing processes and identify

discrepancies or process improvements

  • Actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of file

extracts and layouts to meet vendor and regulatory agency requirements

  • Must possess excellent analytical skills with a focus on meeting the

expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers

  • Must be a self-motivated individual and has ability to perform under

pressure and possess high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate excellent comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills
